About the role
Join us at Clonmel Craft Brewery and take charge of ensuring the consistent production of top-notch craft beers, all while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Your primary focus will be on meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, actively participating in our continuous improvement programme to enhance quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Alongside managing processes and conducting basic plant maintenance, you'll also play a vital role in upholding health, safety, and quality standards across all production aspects.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new craft beer varieties, showcasing your creativity and passion for brewing. Managing brewery equipment, budgets, and documentation will be key aspects of your role, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Your dedication to completing projects on time and within budget, combined with your commitment to ongoing skill development, will be instrumental in maximising brewery performance and driving continuous success.
About you
As an ideal candidate for this role, you hold an IBD Certification in Brewing or an equivalent qualification, demonstrating your expertise in the craft. Your understanding of food and production processes, coupled with a keen awareness of brewery hygiene standards, ensures the highest quality standards are consistently met.
You thrive as an excellent team player, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and peers to achieve collective goals. Your ability to self-manage and make informed decisions in the absence of supervision showcases your autonomy and reliability.
