  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Revenue Growth Management Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that optimise revenue and profitability for our diverse product portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, possess a strong commercial background, and excel in influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.

    About the Role

    Business Planning is vital as you will need to develop and gain agreement on annual business plans for the Commercial function, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

    You will quantify business outcomes, detail expense and headcount budgets, and develop business cases for key projects.

    Leadership and direction is important as you will identify and communicate actions needed to implement the Commercial function's strategy within the business area or department.  You will Motivate teams to commit to organisational mission, vision, and values.  You will also Identify and manage stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns through stakeholder engagement plans.

    Experience of identifying capability with an organisation is important as you will identify and prioritise capabilities needed to meet current and emerging business needs.  You will motivate and mentor teams to develop their capabilities and fulfill their potential.

    You will have experience of Performance Management as you will monitor, manage and report on the performance of the business area ensuring you set performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving business objectives.  You will also take responsibility for setting and managing area budgets aligned with organisational strategy.

    A strategic mindset is key as you will develop pricing strategies for products in alignment with regional and local business strategies.  You will also analyse and adjust the product portfolio to align with customer demand and revenue objectives as well as developing pricing strategies for products in alignment with regional and local business strategies.

    You will evaluate and optimise promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.

    You will also lead the development of data architecture to facilitate Revenue Growth Management.  A data driven approach is important as you will develop revenue forecasts and models to inform pricing and promotional decisions.

    Communication is important as well as you will manage relationships with strategic internal clients, acting as a business partner.  You will also Monitor and analyse competitor pricing and strategies, adjusting as necessary.

    About You

    You will have outstanding leadership and influencing skills as well as proven experience in a commercial role (Market, Strategy & Planning, Commercial Planning, Customer Management, or Revenue Growth Management).

    We need a proven leader with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.  You will be a strategic thinker with decision-making based on insight and data.

    Financial acumen is important as you will need to be proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
