    About the role

    As a pivotal team member, you'll provide crucial policy advice and guidance, ensuring alignment with legislation and company policies. Your role involves coaching managers on various people management aspects and overseeing end-to-end case management. Emphasising a continuous improvement approach, you'll encourage managers to identify and implement key learnings.

    Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date case logs, participating in weekly HR Business Partner meetings, and providing updates on high-risk cases. Remaining current on changes to employment law, you'll lead employee relations, policy development, and project work. Your role extends to developing people management training programmes and supporting HR Business Partners in reorganisation efforts.

    You'll liaise with the Workplace Relations Commission and external legal counsel, collating information for early conciliation and tribunals. Additionally, you'll analyse and distribute monthly HR metrics, host Management Calls, and collaborate on key projects within the wider HR team. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a robust and compliant HR framework

    About you

    With a background in Generalist HR across diverse environments, you bring proven expertise in supporting high-volume employee relation case management. Your track record includes successfully navigating restructuring, redundancy, tribunal claims, and TUPE situations. As a CIPD qualified professional, you have experience managing and advising on complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases in dynamic, customer-focused settings.

    Your day-to-day involves third-party management in a HR context, reflecting your practical understanding of operational intricacies. You have a history of steering small to medium HR projects and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues in a centre of excellence/shared service environment to execute company people plans.

    The ideal candidate is a commercially focused, hands-on, and action-oriented individual with a keen eye for proactive continuous improvement and front-end customer service. Your stakeholder management skills shine through effective relationship-building within HR and across the business. A flexible mindset allows you to draw upon a range of experiences, tailoring your approach to differing scenarios. Your excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, include the preparation of detailed reports and presentations.
