About the role
You will be responsible for managing the warehouse operations on a shift basis within agreed customer service and key performance indicator targets. The role will be managing a team of up to 40 employees including 2 x Team Leaders, ensuring all orders are picked, packed and loaded accurately, efficiently and effectively to meet delivery schedules while complying to Health, Safety and Fire regulations.
The hours of work for this position will be 7.25 hours per day between a start time of 5am - 8am Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar position that has strong people skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team. You'll be a great communicator who works well under pressure, be organised and have the ability to identify gaps for continuous improvement and recruitment needs.
