    What you'll do

    You'll provide comprehensive, technical administration support for the company's compensation and benefit programmes and to assist in the implementation and execution of the programmes.  Includes assisting in research and providing relevant internal and external data and information to support the ongoing modification and development of C&Cs reward offering including pensions, share plans, healthcare, risk benefits and other ad hoc benefits.

    About you

    Excellent working knowledge of full MS office suite including Word and Powerpoint. Advanced capabilities in Excel with the ability to work independently to produce data, such as cost modelling to support decision making.Proficient in the use of HR and other relevant systems and platforms.

    Responsibility for the administration of C&Cs various compensation and benefits programmes including providing data as needed to the various third parties.

    Liaise with third party suppliers in respect of queries arising.

    Support the integrity of HR and payroll data by ensuring data is accurate captured and kept up to date in C&Cs systems. Use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.

    Qualification in relevant third level programme or equivalent work experience.

    Experience of working in a medium to large organisation supporting the administration and delivery of compensation and benefit programmes with minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

    Ability to work with guidance but without constant supervision.
