  • Please note this role is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 6 months

    What you'll do

    • Review all design requests entered into the Media Centre system, sense check for accuracy/missing information, liaise with the job owner and schedule in with the appropriate designer
    • Handle enquiries from users, supporting the designers in prioritising their workload and solving queries
    • Key contact for printers and responsible for obtaining print quotations, advising on print specifications and liaising with clients
    • Provide support to the marketing team

    About you

    • Educated to GCSE standard
    • Basic wine knowledge a benefit
    • Demonstrable experience organising a design workload in a fast paced studio environment
    • Print qualification or training an advantage
    • Office administration experience
