  • What you'll do

    You'll lead and manage our HRI systems and development in response to our HR strategy, policy and external changes and to improve our colleague experience.

    You'll ensure the integrity of data to enable our business to make informed strategic and operational decisions in relation to our colleagues.

    You'll oversee the provision of data and management information to meet governance, including statutory and external requirements, whilst actively seeking to improve and develop our current systems and processes as well as managing a team 2 data analysts.

    About you

    We're looking for someone who has experience working with numerous SaaS based HR systems, including solution design and architecture and leading new system implementation.

    Someone with strong system lifecycle experience, i.e. requirement analysis, design, development, system integration testing, site and user acceptance testing is essential. Along with database systems management (including configuration, security and data integrity).

    You'll have a proven track record in understanding HR data requirements, developing management information and confidently presenting their findings in a clear and concise manner. Able to convey complex systems and technology information to non-systems/technology stakeholders in a simple way.

    You'll have strong system lifecycle experience, i.e. requirement analysis, design, development, system integration testing, site and user acceptance testing.
