The Category Manager (Out of Home) will report to the Head of Customer and Commercial Insight GB and is both based within and supporting our branded and wholesale businesses. The Commercial Insight team is responsible for converting and tailoring market, customer and consumer insight into commercial action across the business.
With customer satisfaction being the ultimate goal, you will lead the translation of our insight and data capabilities into actionable plans to assist beer and cider growth across our On Trade channels. Our portfolio of much-loved fabric brands include Magners Cider and Tennent’s Lager, which sit alongside a fresh stable of quickly developing premium brands including Menabrea, Heverlee, Drygate, and Orchard Pig. Our ever-increasing house of agency brands includes amongst others Innis & Gunn from Edinburgh and Tito’s Vodka from Texas.
As Category Manager (Out of Home), you will be responsible for converting insight inputs into range recommendations for On Trade customers, ongoing and bespoke research projects - such as optimising outlet targeting across our portfolio – as well as supporting marketing and commercial teams to maximise go-to market opportunities within our brand-led wholesale business.
Your stakeholder reach will be vast, working with our internal sales teams, customer marketing, 3rd party suppliers and C&C’s in-house insight and research agency, PROOF. Your goal will be to build customer-centric plans for cider and beer growth in outlet, enabling delivery of short term targets and longer term objectives for our brands, sales teams, and the on-premise channel more generally.
