Based within and supporting the different businesses across the C&C Group, you will report to the Head of Customer and Commercial Insight GB. The Commercial Insight team is responsible for converting and tailoring market, customer and consumer insight into commercial action across the C&C Group.
As a part of that team, you will unearth fresh perspectives across our branded and agency portfolio. Our fabric brands are much loved, and include Magners Cider and Tennent’s Lager, which sit alongside a fresh stable of quickly developing premium brands, including Menabrea, Heverlee, Drygate, and Orchard Pig. Our ever-increasing house of agency brands includes Innis & Gunn from Edinburgh and Tito’s Vodka from Texas, amongst others.
You will work with internal stakeholders across the business, 3rd party suppliers and C&C’s in-house insight and research agency, PROOF. With this cross-functional collaboration you will build brand-specific solutions, enabling delivery of short-term targets and longer term objectives for our brands and the on-premise channel more generally.
As Insight Manager, you will be responsible for owning insight inputs into brand planning cycles, ongoing and bespoke research projects, as well as supporting marketing and commercial teams to maximise go-to-market opportunities within our brand-led wholesale business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer/consumer insight, have an appreciation for category marketing, coupled with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to create clear and concise reports. They would also demonstrate the ability to embed insight into brand strategy, ensuring that the voice of the consumer and the customer are at the heart of marketing choices, commercial plans and distribution strategies.
