What you’ll do
Your goal? To build strong working relationships to support growth within your account base and maximise the profit and revenue your key customers generate. To succeed, you’ll need to make sure joint business plans are put into action along with customer contact strategies. About the Role
You'll support the Fleet Manager in the day-to-day management of the vehicle fleet and assets. Undertaking various administrative tasks, completing work accurately and in a timely manner and to be the primary contact for internal stakeholders in relation to all aspects of the administration relating to company cars. In addition, you'll analyse data relating to the fleet and produce reports as required.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with achieving budgeted GP and Distribution targets through the leadership of a team of ASMs. You will work with Key Account Director, CPM and RSM peers to deliver a robust regional plan, including individual business plans and objectives for Key Existing and Prospect Customers. In your role, you will implement agreed standards & ways of working and lead by example. You will also be developing direct reports to their full potential through effective objective setting & review and PDP.

About the Role
Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment in production areas to the required standard, following all relevant health and safety guidelines, cleaning schedules, policies and procedures.
The job holder will be responsible to ensure the smooth management of the Transport Operation, with responsibility for the delivery of Cost, Customer Service, Legal Compliance, People KPIs as well as being responsible to ensure we deliver a balance working week – in line with company and legal standards and requirements.
Responsibility for the Transport team and their development as well as the fleet and compliance on a day-to-day basis, supporting the management team as and when required.
